大面积投放毒饵杀灭德国小蠊的试验观察

摘要: 本文应用灭蟑螂蚂蚁药毒饵,分别在实验室和远洋船舶对德国小蠊的杀灭作用进行了观察。结果表明,该药有良好的效果。在80×40×30cm的玻璃柜内,四组试验的LT50为6.39~10.1天;轮船大面积投放毒饵后,5天平均杀灭率为71.6%,半个月为93.2%,1个月为95.4%,3个月为99.6%,近于绝迹。讨论了远洋船舶蟑螂的种类、传统喷洒法效果不佳的原因及投放毒饵的注意事项,提出了无论蟑螂密度高低均可大面积使用毒饵的观点。

Abstract: The experiment applied "cockroach & ant Bait" (commercial product) as a insecticide against Blattella germanica were carried out both in laboratory and on the ocean-going ship on a large scale. The results showed that in 80×40×30cm experimental cabinet the test divided into four groups, the LT50 was 6.39-10.1 days. The Baits were applied on a large scale on ship, the average pesticidal rate was 71.6% within 5 days, 93.2% within two weeks, 95.4% for a month and 99.6% for 3 months after treating with the Baits. By that time it could hardly find the pest. The species of cockroach on ship were discussed, and described why traditional way treated with spray on ship did not achieve ideal effectiveness and some caution of managing Baits were also discussed.They advocated that the baits may be used ona wide range(a large scale) whether in high density of cockroach or in low.
