洛阳市区蚊虫综合治理的实验研究

摘要: 本文报道了1988~1989年作者等在洛阳市区覆盖面积50km2,约60万人口范围内综合性灭蚊的结果。根据主要蚊种淡色库蚊及白纹伊蚊的生态和该市的实际,我们采取了清除蚊幼孳生场所(包括填平坑洼、改建生活污水明沟为暗沟、雨后发动群众翻盆倒灌、疏通沟渠等)、控制蚊幼孳生(包括投放鱼类、塑料薄膜封闭水面以及喷洒微生物杀蚊幼剂——球形芽孢杆菌C3-41等)、倡导群众多方杀灭成蚊,减少蚊虫骚扰的综合防制措施,经考核统计分析,第一年各月防制区蚊幼密度比对照区下降73.7~91.9%,第二年下降90.2%~98.8%,第二年比第一年递减75.4%。成蚊室内密度(人工小时法)两年来平均下降率为86.1~90.3%;室外密度(诱蚊箱法)平均下降率为81.8~85.5%。1989年与1988年比较。两种方法防制区比对照区成蚊密度递减68.8~74.2%,见灭蚊效果非常显著,即已将蚊虫密度控制到全国爱卫办颁布的《灭蚊先进城市》的标准。

Abstract: This paper reports that the mosquitoes were controlled with an integrated measures in the areas with dimmension of 50 square kilometres and with a population of 600 thousand for two years from 1988 to 1989. In the light of specific conditions, we took the integrated measure with control and eradication of breeding places of mosquito larvae as a guiding step as well as improvement of environment and use of BsC3-41 for Culex pipiens pallens and Aedes albopictus are superior mosquitoes here .After the measure was taken for a year, the density of larvae in the prevented areas dropped by 73.7-92.9% every month in comparison with that in the control areas according to the statistical analysis. In the second year it dropped by 90.2-98.8%, The density decreased progressively by 75.4% in the second year in comparison with that in the first year.Through the indoor-man-made-hour method, we determined that the density of adult mosquitoes decreased by an average of 86.1-90.3% for the two years, with the outdoor-luring-mosquito-box method, We also found that the density of adult mosquitoes decreased by an average of 81.8-85.5%. Determined by the two methods, the density of adult mosquitoes decreased progressively by 68.8-74.2% in comporison of the densities in the prevented areas in 1989 with the control areas in 1988. Extraordinarily remarkable effect has been achieved with the enforcement of integrated measures mentioned above for the two years.
