诺毕速灭松和喷杀克对蟑螂的灭效观察

摘要: 经实验室残效试验表明,诺毕速灭松乳剂稀释20倍,按50ml/m2处理3种模拟板表面6周后,玻璃板对德国小蠊的死亡率仍达93.8%以上,结果优于油漆和涂料模拟板:喷杀克乳剂对德国小蠊的杀灭能力优于诺毕速灭松同等剂量的效果,在涂料板处理3周后死亡率达90%以上,油漆板处理5周后死亡率达94.4%以上,玻璃板处理10周后死亡率仍达70%以上。经现场同等剂量滞留喷洒试验表明,两种杀虫剂用于以美洲大蠊为主的居民厨房和集体食堂1~21天后,能使居民厨房的蟑螂密度下降67.4~100%,集体食堂下降71.2~100%。

Abstract: Laboratory tests of iasting activity showed that Sumithion had the mortality of 93.8 percent for Biattella germanica on a glass surface and the result was superior to that on the coating model surface after the inset icide was diluted into 20 limes and had been treated on the three kinds of model surface at 50 ml/m3 for six weeks. The destroying function of Pesguard emulsion was superior in Sumithion for Blattella germanica at same dose. The mortalities are above 90.0, 94.4 and 70.0 percent respectively after coating, paint and glass surfaces had been treated with Pesguard for three, five and six weeks respectively. By residual spraying examination of two insecticides in the field, they could reduce the densities of cockroaches during 67.4-100 percent in the resident kitchens and collective messes which the insects were mainly Periplaneta americana afterttheywere treated with there insecticides for 1-21 days.
