Abstract: According to the experiment both in laboratory and in the fields, the results showed that Deltamethrin used as insecticide spray against housefly, the rate of knock down for Culex pipiens pallans was 100 percent at 7.5 minutes while the dose has been sprayed up to 2.4g/m³, and the rate of death was 100 percent for 24 hours. The rate of knock down for Musca domestica reached 100 percent at 4.5 minutes while the dose has been sprayed up to 2.4g/m³, and the rate of death reached 100 percent for 24 hours. The results showed that Deltamethrin is one of the best insecticide against housefly and mosquito. It is very easy and simple for practice used. Its knock down the insects were very quickly, and it was one of an ideal insecticide at present.
