中华按蚊幼虫稻田孳生状态的研究

摘要: 对中华按蚊幼虫在田间孳生状态的研究分析表明:蚊幼虫在稻田的周边区(距田埂1.5m)和中间区各区间的变异系数(C.V.)在124.21~149.56%,其栖息的个体群数量差异不大;周边区与中间区的平均密度比较(1.6504:1.8937),μ=1.71,P>0.05,也无显著差异;对不同方位(东南、东北、西南、西北)的中间区各区间幼虫的密度作方差分析检验,F=0.58,P>0.05,无显著差异。但对不同方位周边区的幼虫密度比较,则有显著性差异,以南边及东边区为高,该两区均靠近居民村一侧。

Abstract: Distribution pattern of A. sinensis larvae in paddy field was studied in Lishui county, Zhejiang Province. Density of mosquito larvae was surveyed in 6 plots of rice fields in 1987 to 1989. It was proved that the coefficient of variation(C. V.)between peripheral part and central part of rice field are 124.21-149.56% respectively. Comparison of the mean densities between these two parts(1.6504: 1.8937)U=1.71. P>0.05. This Showed no significant difference. The densites of larvae also showed no significant difference referring to direction: (East-South; East-North; West-South; West-North)F=0.55, P>0.05. Nevertheless the larvae density of different positions of peripheral part, showed remarkable difference, i. e. the mean density of larvae was highest in Southern and Eastern position, where close to the residential area.
