Abstract: Abstract, Applied residual spray technique associated with regulation emission technique, and Decoration Combinated with hygiene standard, A kind of insecticide emulsion paint was made in laboratory. The experimental result show that it has an effect on control of Mosquito, fly and Cockroach. It has very stronger krocken down action and insecticidal function. The effect could be lasting for two years when the place covered with the paint.The value of KT₅₀ for fly and cockroach were respectively, 8.5, 19.8 and 58.6 minutes. The death rate reached 100 per cent after two years at the experimental work side. The emission Were tested for the insect, the value of KT₅₀ were 15 and 58.6 minutes respectively. The results shown that our product are priority to the foreign paint—Artilin. The farther test tell us that its suitable for application in residental quarter, orphanhouse and winery for control of insects, for its no harmful for mankind and live stock, the density of Mosquitos, flies and cockroaches declined to 95…100 per cent, after conducting the test, and the effect could be lasting for 450 days. There is no harmful to mankind and live stocks, and very cheaper.
