中华按蚊幼虫田间分布型研究

Study on the Spatial Distribution Patterns of Anopheles Sinensis Larvae in Paddy Fields

摘要: 本文报道了1987~1989年在浙江丽水市稻作区对中华按蚊幼虫田间分布型研究的结果。根据连续三年对6块稻田分层随机抽样所得的数据,经分布型公式拟合,认为符合负二项分布规律,即属于聚集分布型。进一步进行集聚强度测定的结果表明,k值及c值均>0,m*-m回归式,α值>0,β值>1,说明中华按蚊幼虫在稻田主要以个体群(集团)形式呈聚集型分布。但在蚊幼虫由1龄到4龄期的发育过程中,k值由低而高地增大;c值由高而低地减小,说明低龄中华按蚊幼虫受到雌蚊产卵相对集中的影响,其聚集强度相对较高,随着蚊虫龄期的增长逐渐向四周扩散,但仍然停留于聚集分布的水平上。

Abstract: Anopheles sinensis is one of the species breeding in the paddy fields, and an important vector of Malaria and Filariasis in China. This paper dealt with the spatial distribution pattern of A. sinensis larvae in rice fields. All study was undertaken in Lishui county, Zhejiang province from 1987-1989.According to the data obtained in 6 plots of rice fields, it was proved that the distribution of A. sinensis larvae in paddy fields was mostly in aggregated pattern and was goodness-of-fit for agreement with neagative binomial distribution.Results of assay on aggregation intensity about the spatial distribution pattern were as follows: Both values of K and C are>0; on Iwao's model application of the m*—m method to the analysis of spatial pattern, α>0 β>1. It indicates that A. sinensis larvae fit aggregation distribution in the form of colony in paddy fields.
