微生物杀虫剂Vectobac G200和C3-41乳剂杀灭淡色库蚊幼虫的现场效果

摘要: 两种微生物制剂现场防制淡色库蚊幼虫的效果表明,Vectobac G200颗粒剂按0.5g/m2、C3-41乳剂按1ml/m2施药,可有效地控制淡色库蚊幼虫的孳生,持效均为3天。增加施药剂量可明显增加持效期。上述两种微生物杀虫剂3g/m2或3ml/m2在污水中可分别持效7~9天和13天。

Abstract: This paper reported the efficacy of Vectobac G200(Bti granular)and Bacillus sphaericus C3-41 emulsion against larvae of CX. ptpiens pallens under field conditions. The results showed that Vectobac G200 at 0.5g/m2 or C3-41 emulsion at 1ml/m2 yielded excellent ggecr control of the mosquito larvae lasting 3 days. The bacterial formulations persisted longer as the dosage increased. Vectobac G200 at 3g/m2 or C3-41 emulsion at 3ml/m2 gave the residual effects upto 7-9 days and 13 days respectively when applied in organically polluted water.
