集中度和圆形分布法计算阿尔金山地区喜马拉雅旱獭鼠疫疫源地动物鼠疫监测的最佳有效时期

Determination of the optimal period for animal plague surveillance in Marmota himalayana plague foci in the Altun Mountains using concentration and circular distribution methods

摘要: 目的 探讨青藏高原喜马拉雅旱獭鼠疫疫源地阿尔金山地区动物鼠疫监测的最佳有效时期,为鼠疫的监测和科学防控提供参考。方法 运用集中度法和圆形分布法对动物鼠疫发生的季节性变化规律进行分析,采用雷氏检验分析数据分布的集中趋势。结果 2020-2024年共检测293只自毙旱獭,其中123只鼠疫耶尔森菌阳性(阳性率41.98%);集中度法结果显示M=0.755;圆形分布法结果显示存在平均角,$\bar{\alpha}$=180.261°(r=0.751,Z=69.460,P<0.001),高峰日为7月3日,高峰期为4月7日-9月27日。结论 研究发现,阿尔金山地区动物鼠疫具有明显季节性,建议将4-9月作为该地区鼠疫监测的最佳有效时期,以科学指导鼠疫防控工作。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the optimal period for animal plague surveillance in Marmota himalayana plague foci located in the Altun Mountains on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, so as to provide a reference for plague surveillance and scientific prevention and control. Methods The concentration and circular distribution methods were used to analyze the seasonality of animal plague, and Rayleigh distribution test was used to analyze the concentration of the data distribution. Results A total of 293 marmots found dead were tested from 2020 to 2024, of which 123 were positive for Yersinia pestis, resulting in a 41.98% positive rate. Using the concentration method, M value was 0.755. The circular distribution method showed a mean angle of $\bar{\alpha}$=180.261° (r=0.751, Z=69.460, P<0.001). The peak day was July 3 and the peak period was from April 7 to September 27. Conclusions The study found obvious seasonality in animal plague in the Altun Mountains. It is recommended that the optimal surveillance period for plague in this region be set from April to September to provide scientific guidance for plague prevention and control.
