摘要:

目的: 调查新疆维吾尔自治区(新疆)边境地区家畜寄生蜱携带梨形虫的流行情况。方法: 对采自新疆边境地区12个县(市)的1 593只寄生蜱提取DNA,利用PCR方法进行巴贝虫、泰勒虫核酸筛查。结果: 检测出5种巴贝虫和2种泰勒虫核酸,分别是弩巴贝虫、莫氏巴贝虫、大巴贝虫、隐藏巴贝虫、巴贝虫未定种核酸、绵阳泰勒虫和泰勒虫未定种,梨形虫整体感染率为2.26%(36/1 593)。结论: 研究结果为新疆地区巴贝虫病和泰勒虫病防控措施的制定提供了理论依据。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the prevalence of piroplasmas carried by ticks on livestock in the border area of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, China. Methods: DNA was extracted from 1 593 parasitic ticks collected from 12 counties and cities in the border area of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, followed by detection of the nucleic acids of Babesia and Theileria by PCR. Results: Nucleic acid detection was positive for five Babesia species (B. caballi, B. motasi, B. major, B. occultans, and Babesia sp.) and two Theileria species (T. ovis and Theileria sp.). The overall positive rate of piroplasmas in ticks was 2.26% (36/1 593). Conclusion: The research results provide a theoretical basis for the formulation of prevention and control measures against babesiosis and theileriosis in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
