中华按蚊的媒介效能研究进展

摘要: 分析中华按蚊生物学特性和媒介能量的研究进展,评估中华按蚊的媒介传播效能。发现中华按蚊传播疟疾的能量普遍较低,但仍然具有维持传播的风险,传播其他疾病的定量研究相对缺乏。随着全球气候变暖和社会发展,温度和宿主变化对中华按蚊的影响,新发或者被忽视传染病的防控需求,需要加强中华按蚊媒介效能的定量研究。

Abstract: This article reviews the research advances in biological characteristics and vectorial capacity of Anopheles sinensis, so as to evaluate the vector transmission efficiency of An. sinensis. It is found that An. sinensis has low vectorial capacity to transmit malaria, but it still has the possibility of keeping the prevalence of malaria; while there is a lack of quantitative research on the transmission of other diseases. With the global warming and social development, in view of the impact of temperature and host changes on An. sinensis, and in consideration of the need for prevention and control of emerging or neglected infectious diseases, it is necessary to strengthen the quantitative research on vectorial capacity of An. sinensis.
