福建省浦城县2016-2017年东方次睾吸虫感染及其媒介宿主调查

Investigation on Metorchis orientalis and vector host in Pucheng county, Fujian province, 2016-2017

摘要: 目的 调查福建省浦城县人群及媒介宿主的东方次睾吸虫感染情况,为吸虫病的防治提供科学依据。方法 2016年11月至2017年12月对浦城县中签点(村)进行调查。人群调查采用改良加腾厚涂片法检查粪便虫卵;媒介宿主调查为现场捕捉野生淡水鱼,取鱼体尾鳍及背鳍部肌肉,以压片法镜检囊蚴;终宿主调查采集并宰杀家鸭,取胆囊,检获虫体并鉴定;捡拾野外家猫、犬等粪便,以水洗沉淀法检查虫卵。结果 人群东方次睾吸虫感染率为0.60%(7/1 168),仅连墩村调查点未发现感染者,以管九村感染率最高,达1.32%。各类淡水鱼的总感染率为55.88%,麦穗鱼感染率最高,达90.31%(177/196),平均每条鱼感染62条囊蚴。家鸭、家猫、家犬感染率分别为26.67%(4/15)、7.14%(1/14)和3.33%(1/30);检查市售肉鸭胆囊50个,未检出阳性标本。结论 浦城县为东方次睾吸虫自然疫源地,人群与媒介宿主均有感染及流行,应加强防治工作。

Abstract: Objective To investigate human and vector host infectious of Metorchis orientalis in Pucheng county. Methods Modified Kato-Katz thick smear was applied to detect the eggs of intestinal helminthes. Fresh water fish and ducks were surveyed on Pucheng county from 2016-2017. Livers and gallbladders of cat and dog were detected in Pucheng county to survey the Infected focus. Results The infection rates of M. orientalis in human, ducks, cats and dogs were 0.60%(7/1 168), 26.70%(4/15), 7.14%(1/14), and 3.33%(1/30) respectively. Infection rate of fish was 55.88%, infection rate in Pseudorasbora parvas was 90.31% (177/196), the highest with the average count of metacercaria 62. in this fish. Conclusion Infectious focus of M. orientalis in Pucheng county exist. There is infection risk for residents and the preventive measures should be taken and carried out.
