江苏省丹阳市2008-2015年蜚蠊密度监测结果分析

Analysis of cockroach surveillance in Danyang, Jiangsu during 2008 to 2015

摘要: 目的 了解丹阳市蜚蠊种群构成、侵害状况和季节消长情况,为科学防制蜚蠊提供依据。方法 2008年5月至2015年12月,选择农贸市场、餐饮行业、宾馆、医院和居民区5类环境,采用粘捕法进行蜚蠊密度监测,每月中旬监测1次,并对捕获的蜚蠊进行种群鉴定和分类计数。采用Excel 2007和SPSS 18.0软件对数据进行整理和统计分析,率和密度的比较分别采用χ2检验及秩和检验。结果 2008-2015年共捕获蜚蠊26 928只,平均侵害率为21.50%,平均密度为2.47只/张,其中农贸市场和餐饮行业两类生境侵害率和密度较高;德国小蠊为绝对优势种类,占捕获总数的99.97%。蜚蠊密度呈单峰型,在9-10月出现高峰。结论 近8年来,江苏省丹阳市蜚蠊密度总体呈先下降后上升趋势,应采取综合防制措施,并建立长效机制,将蜚蠊密度控制在不足为害水平,农贸市场和餐饮行业应作为防制的重点。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the population composition, infestations and seasonal dynamics of cockroaches in Danyang so as to provide basis for scientific prevention and control of cockroaches. Methods During May 2008 to December 2015, 5 types of farmer produce markets, restaurants, hotels, hospitals and residential areas were chosen for investigation. The density of cockroaches was monitored by sticky-trap method once a month, and the captured cockroaches were then identified and counted. Excel 2007 and SPSS 18.0 softwares were used to collate and analyze the data. Chi square test and ranks test were used to compare the rate and density. Results In total, 26 928 cockroaches were caught during May 2008 to December 2015. The average infestation rate was 21.50%, and the average density was 2.47 individuals per trap. The average density and infestation rate of farm produce markets and restaurants were higher than other habitats with predominant species of Blattella germanica, accounting for 99.97%. The cockroach density exhibited one peak from September to October. Conclusion For nearly 8 years, the overall density of cockroaches in Danyang decreased first and then increased. Comprehensive measures for prevention and control should be taken, and a long-term mechanism should be established to control the cockroaches at a level below nuisance. The farm produce markets and restaurants should be the focus of prevention and control.
