Calculation of KT50 of pesticides with SPSS software

Abstract

Abstract:

The calculation procedure of KT₅₀ of pesticides was conducted with SPSS 15.0, with a full explanation of the main outputs and detailed discussion of the issues that needs to be taken seriously in designing the experiment and processing the data.

结合实验实例，介绍应用SPSS软件的Probit分析计算杀虫剂KT₅₀的过程，对主要输出结果进行解释，并讨论了在进行此类分析时从实验设计到数据处理方面应注意的问题。
