Abstract: Objective To determine control effect of Lianjie cockroach-killing baits formulated by ourselves to Blattella germanila. Methods Apply this baits in the organic glass box, simulated field or restaurant, and then evaluate the control effects of this baits to B.germanila. Results The Lianjie cockroach-killing bait had strong attractive capacity on the nymph and adult of B.germanila. B.germanila around the baits would be attracted within several seconds to one minute after application. Most of cockroaches fed on acephate bait were knocked down after 18-20 h and all died after 30 h. For the cockroaches fed on boric acid bait, the knocked-down peak occurred after treatment for 22-24 h and the mortality reached 100% after treatment for 36-38 h. In the simulated spot tests, it was found that the B.germanila fed on the Lianjie cockroach-killing baits died within 48 h. After the Lianjie cockroach-killing baits were applied in the restaurant, no cockroach was found after application for 3 d. Conclusion The Lianjie cockroach-killing bait had good control effects on the B.germanila, and it is worth to be popularized after commercial production.

摘要： 目的 测定自配的蠊洁杀蟑毒饵对德国小蠊的防制效果。方法 将毒饵施于有机玻璃方箱内或有蜚蠊活动的模拟现场和酒楼现场,评价该毒饵对德国小蠊的灭杀效果。结果 蠊洁杀蟑毒饵对德国小蠊具有极大的引诱力,施药后几秒至几十秒内,施药点周围的德国小蠊均被引诱到药点取食,取食乙酰甲胺磷毒饵的蜚蠊,在取食后18-20h后达到击倒高峰,24h后全部被击倒,30h后供试蜚蠊全部死亡;取食硼酸毒饵的蜚蠊,在取食后22-24h出现死亡高峰,36-38h后死亡率达100%;模拟现场条件下,取食2种剂型毒饵的德国小蠊在48h内均全部死亡;在酒楼现场防制试验结果显示,施药3d后,酒楼各处再未见蜚蠊活动,杀灭效果达100%。结论 蠊洁杀蟑毒饵对德国小蠊具有良好的防制效果,商品化后可推广应用。
