Abstract: Objective To probe into the prevention and control tactics,the present situation and developing trend of insecticide resistance of housefly were analysed in Urumqi,Xinjiang.Methods The resistant degrees of housefly were determined by micro-drop way.Results The resistant ratios(R/S) to deltamethrin,DDVP,permethrin and cypermethrin were 24.00- 253.67,11.44- 53.24,9.29- 36.10 and 2.32- 9.62,respectively.Conclusion The resistant levels of housefly to 4 kinds of insecticide were going up for the past 8 years and maintained in a high level,nevertheless,the ascending trends were getting slow down.
摘要: 目的分析乌鲁木齐市家蝇对化学杀虫剂的抗药性现状及发展趋势,探讨防制对策。方法常规微量点滴法。结果对溴氰菊酯的抗性系数在24.00~253.67;对敌敌畏的抗性系数在11.44~53.24;对二氯苯醚菊酯抗性系数在9.29~36.10;对氯氰菊酯的抗性系数在2.32~9.62。结论8年来家蝇对4种杀虫剂的抗药性在不断上升,仍保持较高水平,但迅速上升的趋势开始减缓。
