拜虫杀和杀飞克对3种卫生害虫的药效报告

Abstract: This paper deals with the contactive trial effect of two isomer of cyfluthrin for 3 public health insects on different surfaces. The results showed that the KT50 of Responsar(sc) were 3.3 min for Musca domestica vicina and 4. 3min for Culex pipiens pallens respectively at 6.25mg/m2 on the surface of glass. Both of the lasting effect were 49 days. While the KT50 was 5.6min for Blattella germanica,its lasting effect was 42 days,When it was at 12.5mg/m2 on the surface of plank,the KT50 were 4.3min for Musca domestica vicina and 4.6min for Culex pipiens pallens, while the lasting effect were 49 days for the former and 42 days for the latter,The KT50 was 4.9min for Blattella germanica, its lasting effect was 35 days.When it was at 25mg/m2 on the surface of cement,the KT50 were 4.4min for Musca domestica vicina and 5.0 min for Culex pipiens, pallens, while the lasting effect were 35 days for the former and 42 days for the latter, For the Blattlella germanica, the KT50 was 6.4 min and the lasting effect was 21 days. For the Solfac (wp) at 7.5mg/m2 on the surface of glass, the KT50 was 3.7 min for Musca domestica vicina, 5.1 min for Culex pipiens pallens respectively. Both the lasting effect were 49 days.When it was at 15mg/m2 on the surface of plank, the KT5O were 4.2 min for Musca domestica vicina and 6.0 min for culex pipiens pallens. The lasting effect were 49 days for the former and 42 days for the latter.When it was at 30mg/m2 on the surface of cement,the KT50 were 4.4 min for Musca domestica vicina and 5.0 min for Culex pipiens pallens. The lasting effect were 35 days for the former and 42 days for the latter. For the Blattella germanica,the KT50 was 6.4 min and the lasting effect was 21 days.

摘要: 本文报道了两种菊酯类卫生杀虫剂,在不同载体表面对3种卫生害虫的触杀试验。结果:(1)拜虫杀在玻璃板面上6.25mg/m2时对家蝇速效kT50为3.3min;淡色库蚊为4.3min;持效均达49天;对德国小蠊kT50为5.6min,持效42天。在木板表面12.5mg/m2时,对家蝇速效kT50为4.3min,对淡色库蚊为4.6min,对前者持效49天,后者42天。对德国小蠊kT50为4.9min,持效35天。在水泥板面25mg/m2时,对家蝇速效kT50为4/min,对淡色库蚊为5.0min,前者持效35天,后者42天。对德国小蠊速效kT50为6.4min,持效21天。(2)杀飞克在玻璃面上7.5mg/m2时,对家蝇速效kT50为3.7min,对淡色库蚊为5.1min,持效均达49天。在木板面上15mg/m2时,对家蝇速效kT50为4.2min,对淡色库蚊为6.0min,对前者持效49天,后者为42天。在水泥板面30mg/m2时,对家蝇速效kT50为4.4min,对淡色库蚊为5.0min,对前者持效35天,后者42天;对德国小蠊速效kT50为6.4min,持效21天。
