Abstract: The acute oral toxicity of S101(N-methylphenyl carbamate)to rat and the dermal toxicity of S101 to rabbit both belonged to low toxicity.The cumulative toxicity of S101 to rat K>5.3. S101 could inhibit the growth and development of female rat. but no pathological changes in rat viscera were discovered.The Ames test of S101 was negative.The combined application of S101 and organophate or pyrethroid insecticides had obvious synergism to pest insects, its toxicity to mammalian was not increased.
摘要: S101对小白鼠和家兔的急性经口毒性和急性经皮毒性均为低毒类,蓄积毒性K>5.3,对雌鼠的生长发育有抑制现象,未见有脏器病变;Ames检测为阴性。S101与有机磷、拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂复配防治害虫有增效作用,对动物不增毒。
