Abstract: The effects of blend type-rodenticides of Ⅰ,Ⅱ andⅢ type against rodents are tested for the first time,the test results are showed as following 1.The average mortality of three new types of rodenticides are 95.07%(90.32~98.22%) in 425ha farmland;2.The peak time of dead rodents emerged after 2 and 3 days treatment.
摘要: 参考实验研究Ⅰ的结果,现场防制试验使用0.02%氯鼠酮和0.005%敌溴灵稻谷毒饵,按4∶1、6∶1和8∶1配比混合制成Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ3种混合剂型混合毒饵,在农田样方区以洞口投放为主,辅以线状投饵方法,1992年3月在广西鹿寨县龙江乡的425ha农田进行防制效果试验。结果,农田小兽平均密度由防制前的17.56%下降至1.09%;夹夜法测定,样方区3种混合剂型在投药后第6和第15天的平均灭效依次达96.52%、95.02%和90.99%;食饵堆消耗法测定的灭效分别为98.22%、92.12%和90.32%。农田小兽中毒致死出现的时间高峰在投药后的第3~4天,居于原型药氯鼠酮和敌溴灵致死时间高峰之间,结果说明,这3种混合剂型对农田小兽的现场防制效果良好。
