Abstract: 4 rodenticides were selected in field test, which are Diphacione, Gophacide, Gliltor and 1081, and the results of the toxic city determination of Diphacinone were obtained. Gophacide soybean baits had a good in choice feeding tests, and Diphacinone gave the best results in Nonchoice feeding tests. The LD50 of Diphacinone for the aeute(singlc dose) oral is 0.8282±). 2099mg/kg. The effeciency in the field test for soybean baits of bromadiolone (0.005%, 0.01%, 0.02%) and diphacinone (0.1%, 0.2%) to the animal were used in spring and summer. The results of 0.02% and 0.1% in spring, 0.005%, 0.01% and 0.2% in summer are 91.5%, 89.5%, 24.5%, 73.9% and 47.5% respectively There is a controversial issue for baits, whether it can be use for baits to eradicating the rodent are discussed. The viewpoint of the writer for problem are presented by the tests.
摘要: 用敌鼠钠、毒鼠磷、甘氟和氟乙酰胺4种杀鼠剂对长尾黄鼠进行了现场筛选和敌鼠钠的毒力测定。结果:有选择试验,以毒鼠磷最好;无选择试验,以敌鼠钠(LD50=0.8282±0.2099mg/kg)最好。现场杀灭试验:春季应用0.02%溴敌隆和0.1%敌鼠钠黄豆毒饵,灭效分别为91.5%和89.5%;夏季应用0.005%、0.01%溴敌隆和0.2%敌鼠钠黄豆毒饵,灭效分别为24.5%、93.9%和47.5%。文中讨论了毒饵能否杀灭长尾黄鼠的争议问题。
