Abstract: Objective To detect a strategy of controlling malaria vector in Anopheles anthropophagus areas in Sichuan province.Methods Treating mosquito nets with deltamethrin or treating mosquito nets with deltamethrin and spraying animal pens with DDT together.Results Anopheles density in mosquito nets and cattle sheds,indoor biting rate,and half nights outdoor human attraction in nets in two treated villages were lower than those in control village.Blood test by microscope in patients with fever showed that the malaria cases were dropped from 8.57% to 0% in the village treating nets with deltamethrin and spraying animal pens with DDT together,while the cases were declined only from 4.13% to 0.67% in the village only treating nets with deltamethrin.Conclusion Both methods can quickly control malaria vectors and reduce malaria cases,while the effects of treating nets with deltamethrin combined spraying animal pens with DDT together are better than of treating nets with deltamethrin only.
摘要: 目的探索嗜人按蚊分布区灭蚊防疟对策。方法用溴氰菊酯处理蚊帐及溴氰菊酯处理蚊帐加DDT喷洒畜房。结果晨间蚊帐内按蚊密度、牛房按蚊密度、室内叮人率、室外半通宵人饵帐诱按蚊密度等,两灭蚊区均低于对照区。发热病人疟原虫镜检结果,溴氰菊酯处理蚊帐加DDT喷洒畜房灭蚊区,由灭蚊前的8.57%降为0,单用溴氰菊酯灭蚊区由4.13%降为0.67%,下降83.78%。发病情况,前者由40.3/万降为0,后者由48.02/万降为3.04/万,下降93.67%。结论两种灭蚊方法均能迅速控制媒介按蚊,降低发病率,阻断传播。用溴氰菊酯处理蚊帐加DDT喷洒畜房的灭蚊效果优于单用溴氰菊酯处理蚊帐。
