Abstract: Objective To acclimate An.anthropophagus from different geographical areas of Guangdong and Liaoning provinces so as to reproduce massively them by spontaneous copulation among them in laboratory.Methods Under controlled laboratory conditions and normal mosquito feeding method,artificially compelled copulation were made generation after generation.Results After artificially compelled copulation was carried out for 3 generations in a period of 3.5 months among Guangdong mosquitoes and for 4 generations in a period of 5 months among Liaoning ones,all of mosquitoes could spontaneously copulate in cages and the population size increased progressively.Until now,12 generations of Guangdong and Liaoning An.anthropophagus have been successfully bred in the laboratory.Conclusion Artificial acclimation of An.anthropophagus from Guangdong and Liaoning provinces is successful.
摘要: 目的对辽宁省嗜人按蚊、广东省嗜人按蚊进行人工驯化,使之达到能在实验室自然交配、大量繁殖。方法控制实验条件,采用人工强迫交配的方法结合实验室常规饲养。结果历时3.5个月和5个月,对广东省嗜人按蚊和辽宁省嗜人按蚊分别进行了3代和4代的人工交配,此后,两种按蚊均能达到蚊笼内自然交配,种群数量逐渐增多,现已连续养育至第12代。结论辽宁省嗜人按蚊和广东省嗜人按蚊人工驯化成功。
