Abstract: Objective To investigate the resistance of Blattella germanica to Deltamethrin and Cypermethrin on ships.Methods Pesticide smeared jam bottle was used.Results Resistance coefficients of the two pyrethroids from eight sites were 1.00-13.60 and 0.97-11.55 respectively,the death rates after 72 hours were 79%-100%.Conclusion Middle to high resistance of Blattella germanica from Fujian to the two pyrethroids were shown and the trend was increasing in some investigated sites.Pyrethroids used to control Blattella germanica on ships should be attended.
摘要: 目的了解舰艇上德国小蠊对溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯的抗性。方法果酱瓶药膜法。结果两种拟除虫菊酯对8个调查点虫株的抗性系数为1.00~13.60、0.97~11.55,72h死亡率为79%~100%。结论福州调查点的虫株对两种拟除虫菊酯呈中至高的抗性,部分调查点的抗性呈上升趋势。选用拟除虫菊酯防制舰艇上的德国小蠊应引起注意。
