Abstract: Objective: The cockroaches in a sauce and pickles factory were investigated and controlled with chemical methods. Method: Density investigation: stickcatch;chemical methods: residual spraying and thermal fogs application. Result: The density index was 4.46 body/box·night. The American cockroaches were the predominant species which rate was 98.97% in the whole captured cockroaches. One week later after application, the density index was 1.29 body/box·night, the killing rate was 71.08%; One month later after application, the density index was 0.93 body/box·night, the killing rate was 79.14%. The adult numbers declined remarkably, but the nymph rate ascended notably. Conclusion: The sauce and pickles factory was encroached seriously by the cockroaches. The chemical methods of residual spraying and thermal fogs application were effective to decrease the cockroaches density.
摘要: 目的:对武汉市某酱品厂蜚蠊侵害情况进行调查和化学防制。方法:密度调查采用粘捕法,化学防制采用滞留喷洒和热烟雾技术。结果:密度指数为4.46只/盒·夜,美洲大蠊为绝对优势种,占总捕获数的98.97%。施药后1周密度指数为1.29只/盒·夜,杀灭率为71.08%;施药后1个月密度指数为0.93只/盒·夜,杀灭率为79.14%。施药后成虫数显著下降,若虫比例却显著升高。结论:酱品厂蜚蠊侵害严重,采用滞留喷洒和热烟雾技术能迅速有效降低其密度。
