青藏铁路沿线鼠疫菌外膜蛋白种类的研究

Abstract: Objective To study and analyse the molecular weight and outer membrane proteins varieties of the Yersina pestis.Methods The outer membrane protein was extracted by ultra-centrifuge after the Y.pestis fragmentation and islated by SDS-PAGE rlrvytophotrdid. Results There were 26stripes of outer membrance proteins at 37℃ and 36stripes at 28℃ in 10% SDS-PAGE electorphoresis. Conclusion The Y.pestis strains contained standard outer membrand proteins,which belonged to YOP1.

摘要: 目的 研究并分析青藏铁路没线鼠疫菌外膜蛋白种类及相对分子质量。方法 鼠疫菌经破碎后采取超高速离心法提取外膜蛋白,利用十二烷基硫酸钠聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)系统分离鼠疫菌外膜蛋白。结果 在10%的SDS-PAGEH上,37℃条件下的培养物可表达26条件外膜蛋白。结论 试验用鼠疫菌株可分泌标准的外膜蛋白,属YOP1型。
