Comparison of the deratization Effect to rattus with different bait poisons in different bait poison boxes

Abstract: Objective To observe the deratization effect with different bait poisons in different bait boxes at different periods of time. Methods On-the-spot test had been carried out with bait poisons in 3 rural areas of Lanshan district, Linyi city, which were in the same environmental conditions. Corn, wheat bait poisons of 0.05% diphacine-Na, and mixed bait poisons were put into 4 kinds of bait poison boxes which were made by wood, fibreboard and cement. S-100 method was used to evaluate the deratization effect. Results The deratization rate was as follows: the deratization rates with mixed bait poisons in trapezoidal boxes with one opening were 66.90% and 97.08%. But in rectangle boxes with one opening they were 73.11% and 95.68%, in wooden triangle boxes they were 83.00% and 99.84% on the 10th and the 45th day. The deratization rate with corn bait poison in rectangle cement boxes was 77.74%, 88.82%, 95.93% and 98.97% respectively, in wooden triangle boxes it was 57.87%, 89.67%, 89.57% and 95.35% respectively in the 10th, 20th, 30th and 60th day. The deratization rate with wheat bait poisons in rectangle cement boxes was 75.02%, 85.55%, 94.43% and 96.69% respectively, but in wooden triangle boxes it was 43.26%, 80.32%, 88.07% and 95.02% respectively on the 10th, 20th, 30th and 60th day. Conclusion The preventive deratization method with bait poison boxes must be spread.

摘要: 目的 观察不同种类的毒饵盒内放置不同毒饵对家栖鼠类的杀灭效果。方法 在临沂市兰山区选择环境条件相似的3个村庄,以木料、纤维板、水泥等为材料制作4种毒饵盒,内放0.05%敌鼠钠盐玉米、小麦及混合毒饵实施灭鼠,效果考核用S-100格法。结果 用混合毒饵第10、45天时的灭效,单口梯形毒饵盒分别为66.90%和97.08%,单口长方形毒饵盒分别为73.11%和95.68%,木制三角形毒饵盒分别为83.00%和99.84%;单用玉米毒饵第10、20、30、60天时的灭效,水泥长方形毒饵盒分别为77.74%、88.82%、95.93%和98.97%,木制三角形毒饵盒分别为57.87%、89.67%、89.57%和95.35%;单用小麦毒饵第10、20、30、60天时的灭效,水泥长方形毒饵盒分别为75.02%、85.55%、94.43%和96.69%,木制三角形毒饵盒分别为43.26%、80.32%、88.07%和95.02%。结论 预防性灭鼠应大力推广毒饵盒灭鼠法。
