Study the Socially Productive Behavior on Sterile Male of Rattus norvegicus

褐家鼠雄性不育处理后的社群生殖行为研究

Abstract: Objective To study the socially productive behaviour on sterile male of Rattus norvegicus.Methods(1) The behavioral frequency of male on chase,fighting,mounting of norway rat which divited into five groups,every group had 6 individuals that containing sterilely high grade(2,group 1),major low grade(5,group 2),fewer low grade(2,group 3),mixing with normal individuals 4,1,4 making 3 groups together with 6 sterile individuals(group 4) and 6 normal males (control,group 5) then constituting in 5 groups were observed in the night.(2) To use above five groups of male mixed with 10 females of unpregnant,respactively within(12 h),after 2 weeks killed the females and observed the rate of pregnant and the number of embryo.Results(1) The frequency of chase and fighting in the group of high grad were 71.4/5 min,23.5/5 min respectively and the rate of pregnant on females were 1/10,but major low grade 17.9,11.02,4/10,the fewer low grade 67.4,20.9,1/10,the group of sterility 64.4,22.0,but the rate of pregnant on control 7/10.(2) The fequency of mounting in the group of high grade was 11.7/5 min,major low grade 17.0,fewer low grade 11.0,sterility 12.4.(3) The behavioral frequency of attacking in high grade became into stronger obviously then the low grade so long as the rat of high group existing in society but yet the frequency of mating was decrease that was confirmed by statistical computing.Contrary to what the low grade showed,the behavioral frequency of attacking and mounting was took place.Conclusion The socially reproductive behavior-sexual function on R.norvegicus after which dealing with sterility had not effect in the male.Due to the double action on competitively interference and sterility of sterile male impelled the rate of pregnant marked drop in society of norway rat.

摘要: 目的 研究褐家鼠不育雄性的社群生殖行为。方法 (1)春季将30只雄性褐家鼠分为5组,每组6只;其中不育高等位鼠2只、多数低等位鼠5只、少数低等位鼠2只,混以普通可育鼠4、1、4只作为1~3组,不育鼠6只和正常可育鼠(对照)6只为第4组和对照组,观察其追逐、斗殴、爬跨行为。(2)将上述各组鼠与未孕雌性鼠10只同笼饲养12 h,2周后处死,观察鼠受孕率及胎仔数。结果 (1)高等位组,鼠追逐、斗殴行为分别为71.4、23.5次/5 min,孕率1/10;多数低等位鼠则为17.9、11.02次/5 min,孕率4/10;少数低等位鼠为67.4、20.9次/5 min,孕率1/10;不育组鼠为64.4、22.0次/5 min,孕率为0;对照组孕率为7/10;(2)爬跨行为,高等位组为11.7次/5 min,低等位鼠、少数低等位鼠、全部不育鼠分别为17.0、11.0、12.4次/5 min;(3)经统计学处理,确认有高等位鼠存在组,攻击行为频次明显增强,交配行为频次减少,而低等位组则相反。结论 不育处理后社群生殖行为(雄性功能)未受影响,由于不育高等位鼠的“竞争性繁殖干扰”与不育的双重作用,促使群体孕率显著下降。
