Testing for a New Smoke Generator Quality and Its Efficacy on Blattella germanica

Abstract: Objective To discuss the testing method for the qualitative indice of a fuse-induced smoke generator and its field trial efficacy.Methods To evaluate the smoke generator according to its smoking temperature,burning temperature,water absorbing rate,stability,security and the field trial efficacy.Results The smoke qualitative indices are as following: 138 ℃ in smoking temperature,((210±30)℃ in burning temperature,0.12% in water absorbing rate exposed for 48 h.The density decreasing of B.germanica in field trial by using the smoke was(96.79%).Conclusion The testing method is simple and practical,and with the characters as easy ignitability,safety to deposit and transport,the smoke generator is good to generalize.

摘要: 目的 探讨一种引燃式烟剂的质量指标测定方法并测定其药效。方法 以烟剂的发烟温度、燃烧温度、吸湿度、稳定性、安全性及现场药效为主要质量指标进行评价。结果 烟剂的发烟温度为138℃,燃烧温度为(210±30)℃,烟剂吸湿率为0.12%(暴露48 h),安全性与稳定性良好,现场药效测试1周杀灭率达96.79%。结论 该烟剂质量指标测定方法简单易行,符合烟剂技术指标与实际应用要求,测试亦揭示该烟剂具有易引燃、运输与储藏安全以及有较高药效等特点。
