Abstract: Objective To explore the species of common helminth in Tupaia belangeri chinensis,and to provide scientific basis for laboratory research,domestication and artificial breeding. Methods Tupaia belangeri chinensis was captured,and infection of helminth was examined. Results 135 Tupaia belangeri chinensis were captured. 7 Tupaia belangeri chinensis infected with Capillaria hepatica,Trichinella spiralis or Hymenolepis. The prevalence was 1.48%,1.48% and 2.22%respectively. Conclusion Tupaia belangeri chinensis in wild could be infected with helminthes. More attention should be paid to the helminth infection in science research.
摘要: 目的 了解野栖树鼩体内常见的寄生蠕虫种类,为实验研究、驯化和人工饲养提供科学依据。方法 野外捕捉树鼩,解剖、检查有无蠕虫感染。结果 捕获135只树鼩,7只树鼩感染肝毛细线虫、旋毛虫或膜壳绦虫,感染率分别为1.48%、1.48%和2.22%。结论 野栖树鼩存在多种蠕虫感染,在实验研究中应加以重视。
