Abstract: Objective To Studies the efficacy of 5% FENDONA against Xenopsylla cheopis.Methods In laboratory test residual smearing method was used.Results(1)When the concentrations of FENDONA were 12.50,25.00,50.00 and 100.00 mg/L ,the KT50 values were 6.19,6.14,5.06,4.64 min respectively;(2)Insects were killed at the concentrations of 100.00 mg/L;(3)when the insecticide was applied at or more than 50.00 mg/L using residual smearing,at room temperature and natural humidity,its efficacy could last for more than 120 days.Conclusion The FENDONA can be used in flea control in plague epidemic area.
摘要: 目的 为筛选出优质高效的杀蚤剂,在现场实验的基础上,观察奋斗呐对印鼠客蚤的实验室毒效。方法 药膜法。结果 (1)当药物浓度在12.50 mg/L以上时,KT50在7 min以内:12.50、25.00、50.00、100.00 mg/L的KT50分别为6.19、6.14、5.06和4.64 min;(2)当药物浓度为100.00 mg/L时,24 h死亡率为100%;(3)100.00 mg/L浓度药膜在室温和普通湿度下存放120 d后,仍可使100%的试蚤死亡。结论 奋斗呐5%可湿性粉剂毒力强,气味小,对人畜较为安全,残效时间长,可在控制家鼠鼠疫灭蚤中使用。
