Abstract: Objective To investigate the efficacy of biochemical rodenticide poison bait against rodents in different field and ecological environment. Methods Compared the density of rats by tracking powder method in rooms and trapnight method in field compared the palatability by the decrease of poison bait. Results Efficiency was 79.53% for nature rodents control in the field. It is better than bromadiolone with a palatability 0.51. Conclusion The palatability was better.This formulation could reduce the density of rodents.
摘要: 目的 了解新型灭鼠药在不同地区、不同生境对不同鼠种的现场杀灭效果。方法 室内用粉迹法、室外用鼠夹法调查灭前、灭后鼠密度并进行比较,用毒饵、基饵消耗量对比观察其适口性。结果 现场灭效平均达79.53%,灭效略高于溴敌隆,野外摄食系数为0.51。结论 该新型灭鼠药现场灭鼠效果及适口性较好。
