Abstract: Objective The histopathology of Blattella germanica after infection with Metarhizium anisopliae was studied. Methods The CP embedding tissue section technique was used. Results The results showed that the insects were clumsy after we put the conidia of M.anisopliae on the terga for 2-3 day ,and the appresoria and infection peg were formed approximately 4 day later. The cockroaches died of muscardine after 4-5 day and hyphae were full of the bodies,and the vacuole were found in their muscular tissues at the same time. The hyphae grown out of their internodal membrane 10 day later,and the muscardine cadaver with sori of conidia were formed 12 day later. Conclusion SH is an effective pathogenic Strain to control Blattella germanica.
摘要: 目的 对德国小蠊感染绿僵菌的组织病理进行研究。方法 应用CP包埋组织切片技术。结果 背板点滴绿僵菌孢子2~3d后虫体行动变得迟缓,第4天左右附着胞与侵染钉开始形成。一般第4~5天后病虫死亡并且体内菌丝大量孳生,肌肉组织出现空泡。第10天节间膜处向外长出菌丝,第12天体表出现分生孢子堆形成僵虫。结论 SH菌株是防治德国小蠊的有效致病菌株。
