Abstract: Objective To evaluate the anticoagulant rodenticides for Rattus flavipectus control.Methods The acceptability forRattus flavipectus to 6 anticoagulant rodenticide(Warfarin,Coumatetraly,Diphacin Na,Chlorophacinone-Na,Talon,Bromodiolone) were carried using the methods of select feeding test(single and group) in laboratory.Results The acceptability and toxic effects of "second generation" anticoagulant rodenticide(Talon,Bromodiolone) were better than "first generation"(Warfarin,Coumatetraly,Diphacin Na,Chlorophacinone-Na) for Rattus flavipectus. Conclusion "Second generation" anticoagulant rodenticides could be used in the places where the resistance of rodent to the "first generation" has was confirmed.
摘要: 目的为控制黄胸鼠筛选适口性较好的抗凝血灭鼠剂。方法在实验室将黄胸鼠单个笼养和集体群养进行有选择性摄食试验,分别测定6种灭鼠剂的毒力及适口性。结果第二代抗凝血灭鼠剂的适口性和毒效均优于第一代。结论在鼠类产生抗药性种群的地区灭鼠,可更换使用第二代抗凝血灭鼠剂。
