Abstract: Objective Comparing the efficacy of the first and second generation anticoagulant rodenticide diphacine Na salt and brodifacoum on commensal rodent.Methods Using 0.025% Diphacine Na salt and 0.005% Brodifacoum for controlling the commensal rodent in two similar communities and setting about 300 pieces of powder in two communities for 6 months respectively to abtain the rodent density level.Results The deratting rate of the Diphacine Na salt is 80.3% while the Brodifacoum is 87.7% after three weeks treetment.Conclusion The first generation anticoagulant rodenticide diphacine Na salt still has good efficacy.
摘要: 目的比较第一代(敌鼠钠盐)和第二代抗凝血杀鼠剂(大隆)的现场防制效果。方法在环境条件相同的两个社区分别以0.025%敌鼠钠盐和0.005%大隆毒饵饱和投放法实施灭鼠,用粉迹法考核灭鼠效果,并连续6个月进行种群数量监测。结果敌鼠钠盐和大隆的灭鼠率分别为80.3%和87.7%,经χ2检验,二者差异无显著性(χ2=2.764<χ20.05,P>0.05)。结论第一代抗凝血杀鼠剂仍具有良好的防制效果
