Abstract: Objective The cross resistance of permethrin-resistant strain of Blattella germanica to deltamethrin,cypermethrin and propoxur was studied.Methods The method of contacting with chemical cover in jar was used in this study.Results The cross-resistant ratioes of permethrin-resistant strain with the above three kinds of insecticides were 2.40- 4.14,1.83- 4.78 and 1.16- 1.69 respectively,whose resistant ratio was 5.89- 8.02 and the death ratio was 85%-100% percent.The 4th generation of resistant strain had cross-resistance to pyrethroid,while the 6th had stronger.But the resistant-strain had no resistance to propoxur.Conclusion One kind of insecticide being keeped using is easy to make resistance and cross resistance.
摘要: 目的研究抗氯菊酯品系蜚蠊对溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯和残杀威的交互抗性。方法果酱瓶药膜法。结果抗氯菊酯品系(Rp5.89~8.02)对3种杀虫剂的交互抗性系数分别为2.40~4.14、1.83~4.78、1.16~1.69,72h死亡率为85%~100%,抗性品系第4代对拟除虫菊酯形成交互抗性,至第6代时,交互抗性加强,该虫株对残杀威未形成抗性。结论连续使用一种杀虫剂易产生抗性和交互抗性。
