Abstract: Objective Investigating the variation of mosquito density with temperature,humidity and rainfall.Methods According to "the surveying project about the social health in the Three Gorges area"(modified in 2002),we collected datum of mosquito density and weather and made correlation and regression analysis between them by SPEM software.Results The correlation of temperature and mosquito density was positive,coefficient was 0.690 5(P< 0.05).Standard partial regression coefficients between mosquito density and temperature,humidity were respectively 0.851 7(P<0.05) and 0.382 1(P< 0.05),which is of statistic significance.Conclusion Temperature and humidity can influence mosquito density,especially temperature.
摘要: 目的研究气温、湿度、降雨量对蚊密度的影响。方法按照《三峡库区人群健康监测方案》(2000年修正稿),收集三峡库区(万州)1997~2002年5~9月份的蚊密度和气象数据,利用SPEM软件作相关分析和回归分析。结果气温与蚊密度呈正相关关系,相关系数为0.6905(P<0.05);气温、湿度标准偏回归系数分别为0.8517(P<0.05)、0.3821(P<0.05),均有统计学意义。结论气温、湿度对蚊密度有影响,其中气温的影响远较湿度大。
