Abstract: Objective To reveal diversity of mosquitoes by analyzing the data obtained from Jinan international airport.Methods 7 indices,species richness,relative rare species,relative abominable species,probability of interspecies encounter(PIE),evenness,dominant species and density of population,were analyzed.Results 2 018 mosquitoes were collected,of which 1 086 were from the human habitation,362 from the surrounding of the airport square and 570 from an airport hotel.Culex pipiens pallens was dominant,especially in human habitation.There were the most and the least mosquitoes in human habitation and at the airport square,respectively.And it was in-between at the airport hotel.The results of the paper show that the diversity of mosquito was different at distinct mosquito habitat.Conclusion The mosquito diversity needs more study.
摘要: 目的在对济南国际机场蚊虫种群调查的基础上,进行蚊虫多样性的分析。方法运用丰富度、相对稀有种类数(%)、相对极低种类数(%)、种间相遇几率(PIE)、均匀度、最优势种、种群密度等7个指标,对采集的蚊虫进行数据处理分析。结果共采集成蚊2018只,3个采集点分别采集1086、362、570只,生活区以淡色库蚊为多,候机厅数量较少,机场宾馆的蚊虫数量及种类介于前两者之间。不同生境处的蚊虫群落其多样性亦不同。结论对于蚊虫多样性的进一步研究具有重要意义。
