Abstract: Objective To identify rodent damage and relative pathogens to provide basis for prevention at Changbei Airport.Methods Representative points for survey were selected.Field survey and experimental studies.Results There were 7 rodent species,4 genera,2 families,2 orders.The dominant species was Mus musculus(37.98%).The rodent densities of each month were from 0.67% to 7.87%.The annual average density of rodent was 3.62.The carrying rates of mite,flea,tick on rodent were 19.05%,4.76%,4.76% respectively.The tests of leptospirosis and hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS) in rodent were negative.Conclusion The measure of rodent control is benefit to wipe out the damage of both rodent and relative pathogens.
摘要: 目的为了摸清昌北机场的鼠患及其携带病原体的情况,进行了1年的本底调查。方法选择有代表性的调查点;现场调查及实验研究。结果鼠类包括2目2科4属7种,其中小家鼠为优势种(37.98%),各月鼠密度介于0.67%~7.87%,全年平均鼠密度3.62%。鼠带螨率19.05%,染蚤率4.76%,带蜱率4.76%。鼠肾钩端螺旋体及鼠肾综合征出血热检测均为阴性。结论加强灭鼠工作有利于消除病媒动物及其携带病原体的危害。
