Abstract: Objective:To study the data of variety of the flies population density and the effect of fly,as a kinds of vector,on spreading the infectious disease.Methods:Trapped with lured food.Results:There were 15 species of flies in the urban city.The peak of the fly population was on every August.The fly population density was positively correlated with temperature and the incidence rate of bacilli diarrhca.Conclusion:With the temperature aseending,the flies population density increase and the incidence rate of bacilli diarrhea rise subsequently.
摘要: 目的:为获得城区蝇类种群变化资料以及研究蝇类作为传播媒介的作用,并为灭蝇提供依据。方法:笼诱法。结果:该区蝇类种群有4科12属15种。分布呈单峰型,最高峰在8月;气温与蝇类密度呈正相关关系;蝇类密度与细菌性痢疾呈正相关关系。结论:城区家蝇密度呈上升趋势。苍蝇生境场所中以老住宅区蝇类侵害严重。当气温上升时,蝇类密度随之增加;环境卫生较差,蝇类密度高,细菌性痢疾发病率也有所增加。
