Abstract: Objective:To study the warfarin-resistance and bromadiolone-resistance in Rattus flavipectus.Method:The poison bait containing 0.025% warfarin and 0.005% bromadiolone was used by the field trials and laboratory tests.Result:The result of two field rials indicated that the numbers of intaken point and the consumption of bait didn't apperenty decayed after the unrestricted baiting containing 0.025% warfarin and 0.005% bromadiolone for 28 days,respectively.(Y warfarin=76.16+0.0217x, Y bromadiolone=83.49+0.0104x) and the resisance of two kinds of rodenticides showed no significant difference(t(20)0.05=0.2123,P>0.05).The result of laboratory tests proved:the resistane incidance to warfarin of Rattus flavipectus was 72.72%(8/11) and bromadiolone was 70.00%(7/10).Conclusion:The resistance of two kinds of rodenticides showed no significant differece(χ2=0.1193,0.75> P>0.5).
摘要: 目的:试验观察黄胸鼠对杀鼠灵和溴敌隆的抗药性。方法:无选择摄食试验。结果:0.025%杀鼠灵和0.005%溴敌隆投药期28d,摄食饵点数和毒饵消耗量未见下降(杀鼠灵Y=76.16+0.217x,溴敌隆 Y=83.49+0.0104x),两种灭鼠剂的抗药性差异无显著性(t=0.2133,P>0.05)。黄胸鼠对杀鼠灵抗药性发生率为72.72%(8/11),对溴敌隆抗药性发生率为70.00%(7/10)。结论:黄胸鼠对杀鼠灵和溴敌隆的抗性二者间差异无显著性(χ2=0.1193,P>0.5)。
