Abstract: Objective:Killing activity of abate granules against larvae in 3 concentrations and different waters in laboratory was determined.Method:Soaking test.Result:Long-lasting active time of 100% killing larvae was 90 days at the dose of 1.0g/m2 of 1% Abate granules in clear water,and 60 days in irrigation water,21 days at the dose of 2.0g/m2 in mud water.Conclusion:The insecticide possesses good larvicidal activity and has long-lasting active time and low concentration used.
摘要: 目的:测定ABATE颗粒剂在室内不同水质中3种浓度对淡色库蚊幼虫杀灭效果。方法:浸液法。结果:在清水中按1g/m2给1%ABATE颗粒剂,杀死蚊幼虫100%的持效时间为90d;同剂量下在灌溉水中为60d;在20%泥浆水中按2g/m2投放颗粒剂,杀死蚊幼虫100%的持效时间为21d。结论:该药剂对蚊幼虫杀灭效果好,持效时间长,使用浓度低。
