Abstract: Objective:To investigate the epidemiological feature of spotted fever(SF) and explore the risk factors in Ninghua for the control of SF.Metheds:The infection of SF was investigated by means of mCF and IFAT in Ninghua from 1993 to 2000.Results:The populous infection rate of SF was 12.7%,it was not statistieally different between in men and in women,the highest rate was in the age group of 10-20 years old.Among 76 infections,64 cases(84.12%) with rash,50 cases(65.79%) with infected Ixodiodeas.The infected hosts were rattus,hare,wild boar,muntiacus reevesi ogilby.Conclusion:Prevention and treatment of SF in the forest area should be strengthened.
摘要: 目的:了解近年来福建宁化林区斑点热感染的情况,提供有关斑点热感染方面的资料,有效地控制斑点热感染。方法:对1993~2000年间查明的宁化林区感染者进行流行病学分析。结果:福建宁化林区斑点热感染率为12.7%,男女差异无显著性,年龄组以10~20岁青少年组最高,职业分布以常放牛少年为最多,林区农民次之;调查76例感染者中,有蜱叮咬史占65.79%,皮疹史占84.21%,不明原因发热史占65.79%。接触宿主动物主要有野鼠、野兔、麂、野猪,这些病史症状与斑点热感染密切相关。结论:对福建宁化林区斑点热感染者的流行病学分析,提高广大林区作业人员对其危害性认识,从而采取更加有效措施来控制山区斑点热感染。
