生物杀虫剂的现场效果观察

Abstract: Objective:To study on the local apply effect and influence of the biotic pesticides,H-14 and 2362.To appraise its future locale apply.Methods:To select the nature habitant of mosquito larva density,to spray the pesticides to the water.To observe mosquito larva density degression rate,both hydrophytes and fishes death rate.Results:Biotic pesticides H-14 was sprayed,at the 3rd or 7th day,mosquito larva,the density degression rate Ⅰ-Ⅲ age was 98.24% and 98.30%(χ2= 289.24 and 293.59,P<0.05).2362 was spayed,at the 3rd or 7th day,the density degression rate of Ⅰ-Ⅲ age was 98.48 % and 83.33%,for Ⅳ-pupa was 100%(χ2=332.15 and 204.74,P<0.05).Comparison of the effects between H-14 and 2362,the former outbalanced the latter(χ2= 16.60,P<0.05).Conclusion:The effects of both biotic pesticides were noticeable,which were closely connected with mosquito larva density and the toxicity and use dose of the pesticides,but not both hydrophytes and fishes death.

摘要: 目的:观察生物杀虫剂对蚊幼虫和蛹的现场杀灭效果和影响因素,评价H-14和2362两种生物杀虫剂的实际应用前景。方法:选择野外具有一定蚊幼虫和蛹密度的滋生场所,采用液体喷雾方法,水面喷雾施药,观察蚊幼虫和蛹的下降率;同时观察水生植物和鱼类的死亡等影响因素。结果:H-14生物杀虫剂施药后3和7d,校正蚊幼密度下降率分别为:Ⅰ~Ⅲ龄为98.24%和98.30%,经检验,χ2=289.24和293.59,P<0.05。2362生物杀虫剂施药后第3d和第7d,校正蚊幼密度下降率分别为98.48%和83.33%,经检验,χ2=332.15和204.74,P<0.05。对Ⅳ~蛹的杀灭率均为100%。两种生物杀虫剂的杀灭效果比较,H-14优于2362,χ2=16.60,P<0.05。结论:两种生物杀虫剂对蚊幼虫具有明显的杀灭作用,但与毒力指数、现场密度和使用剂量有关;对无法清除的小型积水和住宅区周围环境蚊虫滋生场所,具有较好的应用前景;对鱼类和水生植物未发现侵害现象,具有良好的安全性。
