Abstract: Objective: To analyse the resistance situation for house fly to insecticides in cities ofJilin province from 1996-1998, and work out the management strategies. Method: The resistant level of house fly were determinedto 5 different insecticides.The LD50 of Deltamethrin.Cypermethrin. Permethrin, Dichlorovos and Trichlorphon for the house flies were 0.019 7,0.081 3, 0.043 6, 0.033 7 and 16.002 1μg/flyrespectively. Conclusion: The house fly in cities of Jilin province have already developed varied resistance to these five kinds of insecticides.
摘要: 目的:分析1996~1998年吉林省城区家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗性水平,并探讨防制策略。方法:常规微量点滴法。结果:家蝇对5种常用杀虫剂的平均LD50(μg蝇)分别为:溴氰菊酯0.0197,氯氰菊酯0.0813,氯菊酯0.0436,敌敌畏0.0337,敌百虫16.0021。结论:吉林省城区家蝇对常用杀虫剂已产生不同程度的抗性。
