Abstract: Objective: Effect and feasibility of rodent control have studied continully in Qianjiang after Tianmen with the method of integrated commensal rodent management with ecological measures playing a leading role in the residential quarters of the urban area. Method: To compare the effect of the two method integrated commensal rodent management with ecological measures playing a leading role and rodenticides only against commensal rodents. Result: The rodent density in the test area was controled under 3% of the country standard since June 1997. The rodent density under 1% was lasting for 14 months during the two years. The rodent density in rodenticide control area was under 3% of the country standard for only eight months. The rodent density of two months in control area was higher than that in the test areas during the two years. The rodent density of most months was 4%-6%. Conclusion: The effect of integrated commensal rodent management with ecological measures playing a leading role is better than that of only rodenticide against commensal rodents.
摘要: 目的:继天门城镇居民区采用生态学方法防制家鼠试验后,又在潜江按同一方法进行试验,探讨该方法在家鼠防制中的作用及可行性。方法:比较以生态学方法为主的综合防制与单一药物防制家鼠的效果。结果:试验区鼠密度从1997年6月起一直维持在国家标准3%以下,两年间鼠密度在1%以下的有14个月;药物区每年组织两次灭鼠,鼠密度呈高低波动,两年中仅有8个月在3%以下;空白区两年间有2个月高出试验前鼠密度(7.25%),绝大多数月份在4%~6%之间。结论:以生态学方法为主的综合防制比单一药物防制家鼠可取得更好、更持久的灭鼠效果。
