Abstract: In orde to understand the situation of rodents naturally infected with Schistosoma japonicum,according to the routine method, we have made examination. The total infection rate of rodents was 1.73%(31/1 790),naturally infected rodents included R.flavipectus,R.norvegicus,R.sladeni and E.miletus miletus;The infection rates were respectively 2.8%, 0.62%, 2.94% and 24.14%. The infection rate of four kinds of rodents in residential area was 2.10%, farming area 3.85%, orchard 2.56%. There was no significant difference among them, the infection rates between the female and the male had no significant difference, but they showed certain difference in age group. In each group,the infection rate was the highest in the adult group and the old group;EPG and EPD of E.miletus miletus was the most highest;this was related to its biological characteristics.The distribution of the infected rodents was closely related to the positive snail's existence and its infection rate's high or low. These results indicate that the four kinds of rodents belong to S.japonicum's preservation parasite's host in Eryuan epidemic area, and they are one of the infection socurces in transmitting Schistosomiasis. According to our simultaneously investigation and analysis on human and domestic animals infected S.japonicum, we can make conclusion that the four kinds of rodents in transmittng S.japonicum have played certain role,especially in mountain area with E.m.miletus,but they belong to secondary role.
摘要: 目的:进一步了解鼠类自然感染日本血吸虫的情况。方法:按常规方法检查。结果:鼠类总感染率为1.73%(31/1790),自然感染的鼠类有黄胸鼠、褐家鼠、斯氏鼠及大绒鼠,感染率分别为2.87%、0.62%、2.94%及24.14%;4种鼠在居民区、农耕区及果园的感染率为2.10%、3.85%和2.56%,三者间差异无显著性;雌雄性间感染率差异亦无显著性,但年龄组中两性有别,即各年龄组中,以成体组及老体组感染率高。感染度及排卵量以大绒鼠居高,与其具有的生物学特性有关。感染鼠类的分布与阳性钉螺的存在及其感染率高低密切相关。结论:4种鼠在洱源县疫区应属日本血吸虫的保虫宿主及血吸虫病的传染源之一;从同期对人、畜感染血吸虫的调查结果分析,在山区血吸虫病的传播与大绒鼠等有一定关系,但居次要地位。
