Abstract: The WHO advocated method using the pesticide smeared jam bottle was used to investigate the resistance and the abatement after two years breeding in lab of german cockroach (Blattella germanica) from ship. The result showed that ,the knock-down time (KT50)of the sensitive strain were 4.48、5.23 、13.49 min respectively, the spot strain of Shanghai were 9.67 、13.00 、11.90 min respectively, the spot strain of Dalian were 16.18 、15.35 、17.37 min respectively, and the abatement strain of Shanghai were 4.85 、4.68 、8.77 min respectively, the abatement strain of Dalian were 4.47、6.12 、10.20 min respectively. The pesticides resistance coefficient of the resistance strain raised in laboratory for two years were abated.
摘要: 目的:对舰船上德国小蠊的抗药性研究、抗性虫株实验室饲养2年后的抗性消退研究。方法:采用WHO规定的果酱瓶法,测定溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯和残杀威对德国小蠊敏感品系、舰船上的现场品系和抗性消退组的上海虫株、大连虫株的药效。结果:敏感品系KT50分别为4.48、5.23、13.49min;现场品系分别为上海9.67、13.00、11.90min,大连16.18、15.35、17.37min,抗性系数分别为0.88~2.49和1.29~3.61;抗性消退组KT50分别为上海4.85、4.68、8.77min,大连4.47、6.12、10.20min,抗性系数降为0.65~1.08和0.76~1.17,抗性消退率为91.21%~107.08%。结论:舰船上的德国小蠊具低至中等抗药性,在实验室正常饲养2年后,抗性基本可以消退。
