Abstract: This article is about the test method and biological effect of the glue rat board.The result indicated clearly that the biological effect of the glue rat board is safe and has a good effect on catching rats,it can be evaluated by the stripping intensity and rate of catching .The test of acute oral toxicity was over 5 000mg/kg.The stripping intensity on the glue rat board was 100mg/cm2.The catching rate was 100%(hard paper)、80%(soft paper).The rat catching effect in the spot was perfect,the rat density dropped from 2.62% to 1.11%.
摘要: 目的:研究粘鼠胶板生物效果检测方法及其粘鼠效果。方法:用急性经口毒性试验和急性皮肤刺激试验评价其安全性;用剥离强度评价粘鼠胶板的粘力;用模拟现场及现场的粘捕鼠率评价其粘鼠效果。结果:急性经口LD50(♀、♂)>5000mg/kg,急性皮肤刺激属无刺激性;剥离强度为100g/cm2;经对剥离强度与粘捕鼠率相关检验得出二者有显著相关关系;模拟现场粘捕率为100%(硬纸板)、80%(牛皮纸);现场试验经连续粘鼠7d后,鼠密度由2.62%下降到1.11%。结论:该粘鼠胶板使用安全、粘鼠效果好,采用剥离强度及粘捕鼠率可评价粘鼠胶板的粘鼠效果。
