Abstract: To investigate systematically the relationship between the density of Anopheles sinensis mosquitoes and the incidence of malaria.During 1980 to 1998 surveillant spots were setted through out the whole province in different types of areas to investigate the density of local A.sinensis mosquitoes ,incidence of malaria and serum antibody level of the residents.The result showed that the incidence of malaria and the serum antibody level of the residents declined after the mosquito density had declined. Showing a remarkable positive relativity.
摘要: 目的:了解中华按蚊密度与疟疾发病的关系。方法:1980~1998年在本省不同疟区设立监测站,采用人饵帐诱捕法、血检和间接荧光抗体法,对当地中华按蚊密度、疟疾发病及居民血清抗体水平进行系统监测。结果:当中华按蚊密度降低时,疟疾发病、居民血清抗体水平亦随之下降。结论:3项指标呈现相关关系。
