Abstract: The cross-resistance of 3 resistant strains of Cx. pipiens pallens to 5 kinds of chemical insecticides was studied. The results showed that DDVP-resistant strain was crossly resistant to propoxur and cypermethrin, propoxur-resistant strain was crossly resistant to DDVP and cypermethrin, and cypermethrin-resistant strain was crossly resistant to deltamethrin and DDT. Negative cross-resistance was found in DDVP-resistant strain with DDT, propoxur-resistant strain with deltamethrin. The results provided the insight for the rational use of chemical insecticides.
摘要: 目的:探讨淡色库蚊3个抗性品系对5种化学杀虫剂的交互抗性,为合理使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法:采用WHO标准生物测定法。结果:抗DDVP品系达14.47倍的抗性,而对氯氰菊酯、残杀威的交互抗性分别为207.27倍和8.96倍,对溴氰菊酯基本没有交互抗性,对DDT为0.17倍,呈负交互抗性。抗残杀威品系达6.93倍抗性,对氯氰菊酯、DDVP的交互抗性为8.56倍、3.27倍,对DDT基本无交互抗性,对溴氰菊酯呈负交互抗性。抗氯氰菊酯品系达501.11倍的抗性,对溴氰菊酯、DDT的交互抗性为6.10倍及8.55倍,而对DDVP、残杀威基本无明显交互抗性。结论:长期使用一种杀虫剂易产生抗性,亦可能对其他杀虫剂产生交互抗性,用药时应注意种类的选择。
